Demolition Derby Release Form

I, the undersigned, for and in consideration of the agreement of the Maury County Fair, County of Maury, and Maury County Parks and Recreation, allowing me to participate in their Demolition Derby do hereby remise, release and forever discharge the said organizations, its successors and assigns of and from any and all manner of suits, actions or causes of action in law in equity, claims, judgment, damages or demands, whatsoever against said organization, which I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns hereafter may, can or shall have by reason of the Demolition Derby sponsored by said organizations at the Maury County Park.
