Your Entry Form Must Be Received By August 15. If you should cancel your booth space after August 20, your deposit will not be refunded. Booth spaces generally rent rapidly, so do not delay on mailing in your application.

Hours of Operation: Weekdays 8/26-8/30 5:00pm till 11:00 8/31:00 till 12:00

Weekends 8/31 1:00 PM till 12:00 AM 9/1 1:00 pm till 10:00 PM If you are return vendor, a deposit is not necessary.

Set Up Times: Sunday August 24 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Monday August 25 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Tear Down Times: Sunday August 31, 9:00 PM or Monday Sept 1

1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

No Set Up will be allowed on Tuesday August 26 as it is opening day and we will need to get buildings and outdoor areas closed off for public safety and vendor security. We also asked that you do not tear down your booth till Sunday evening August 31, unless other arrangements have been made with fair staff. This is also for the safety of the public and vendors.

IMPORTANT: Each application is treated on a first come first serve basis. Each vendor will be exclusive. No other vendors will sell or display like products. This rule does not apply to food vendors pertaining to soft drinks. IF YOU ARE A REPEAT VENDOR, WE MUST RECEIVE THIS FORM BE 7/15/06 IN ORDER FOR YOU TO KEEP YOUR EXCLUSIVE STATUS.
