Your Entry Form Must Be Received By July 30, 2010. If you should cancel your
booth space afterJuly 15 your deposit will not be refunded. Booth spaces
generally rent rapidly, so do not delay on mailing in your application.
Hours of Operation: Weekdays 8/17 to 8/20, 5:00pm till 11:00
Weekends 8/21 1:00 PM till 12:00 AM ; 8/22, 1:00 pm till 10:00 PM If you are
return vendor, a deposit is not necessary.

Set Up Times: August 15 and 16 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tear Down Times: August 22, 2010, after 9:00 PM or August 23, 2010 from 1 to
6 PM
No Set Up will be allowed on Tuesday August 17 as it is opening day and we
will need to get buildings and outdoor areas closed off for public safety and
vendor security. We also asked that you do not tear down your booth till Sunday
evening August 22, unless other arrangements have been made with fair staff.
This is also for the safety of the public and vendors.
IMPORTANT: Each application is treated on a first come first serve basis.
Each vendor will be exclusive. No other vendors will sell or display like
products. This rule does not apply to food vendors pertaining to soft drinks. IF
YOU ARE A REPEAT VENDOR, WE MUST RECEIVE THIS FORM BY8/15/10 IN ORDER FOR YOU
TO KEEP YOUR EXCLUSIVE STATUS.
